Low Elo Support Tier List Patch 11.10

in low elo neeko is definetely a good support, since i never reach high elo as i dont play ranked often...how much does she fall off into high elo? doglightning and a few other get great success outta playing her. also no offense but pantheon is pepega.....inlow elo where people dont know how to counter his oneshot lv 2 and lulu is s tier despite ur silver adc prob not knowing how to use ur abilities. i feel like in lower elos dmg matters a lot since u cant rely on your adc, thats why mage supports thrive there while thresh is mediocre often.

As sad as I am to see Zyra in C tier, I gotta agree. This meta just feels like it's not made for her, since her core build path is so expensive for a support.

Sett supp is quite good and Teemo is the real pepega out there
