If you only take fights that you can guarantee winning during the laning phase or play safe until you get your power spike items then start wandering around the map for picks, the enemy literally will not stand a chance.
Swain and Taric: I think are a bit high but I honestly don't see them enough to comment.
Kog'Maw: Doesn't really do enough for any lane and isn't great at much.
Hecarim and Vayne: These are brilliant pick right now and should (imo) be higher.
Ziggs: He doesn't do either of his jobs well enough to be above average with champs like Rek'Sai and Fiora
Evelynn: She is amazing after 6 at ganking along with towerdiving with last caress.
Zoe: Her E is quite rarely dodged in low elo and can be a one way ticket to death with a follow-up q and ult
Akali and Aurelion Sol: Though a bit difficult, these champions have had huge buffs in 9.14 and I think should rise up a bit.
