So basically this time around, Heartsteel and Unending Despair builds are kinda dead. At least, they're WAY weaker. So many of the tanks have lower placements.

Feats of Strength kinda doesn't matter too much, so don't worry about it. We don't build Boots in URF anyway except Mercury's Treads when we need tenacity, Boots of Swiftness if we need slow resist, or Plated Steelcaps if the lobby is all AD.

Your summoner spells should pretty much always be Flash + Ghost, Cleanse or Exhaust.

Take the Tenacity Shard pretty much every game. You never know if you'll need it.

Note: Attack Speed builds on ADC is about to get a lot better next patch for URF since they're raising the attack speed cap to 10. Going to avoid playing attack speed reliant ADC's until then.
