Most Annoying JGLs Patch 11.5

Even though Skarner belongs in the "WHO IS THIS???" category, I would also say he belongs in the "GG GO NEXT" category - at least if he's going tank, that stuff is just the worst.

this is my own opinion but olaf should be in his own tier at the top of he list called olaf
