This tierlist is devoted to my own personal preferred champion pool in the toplane.
These champions eventually got me into Platinum III in two full seasons of ranked solo que playtime experience!
Below list doesn't reflect the current meta in any way as well as these champions may or may not even be considered "meta" at all.
"Meta" isn't required at all to climb or to become good at the game. Investing time into learning particular champions and matchups however, does.

God Tier
My current main "Onetrick" champion

S Tier
I have full mastery over the champion and can basically blindpick the champion in every situation

A Tier
I know the fundamentals of these champions and are able to carry some games, but I still make too many mistakes during laning phase.

B Tier
Either barely played these champions or I'm pretty bad with them / have low WR/KDA
