Description
Assumptions:
Perfect skillshot aim
Perfect kiting
(Perfect mechanics in general)
What makes the champion still difficult?
Only micro-based outplay and macro-based strategy
Criteria:
How different would a perfect AI play from the best human player in a 10 second, 30 second, and 2 minute interval and 5 minute interval? (micro vs macro decision making)
Micro heavy = 10-30 second intervals (yasuo, leblanc, akali, gangplank)
Macro heavy = 2 minute+ (shaco, zoe, bard)
Side note: junglers will be biased towards higher skill

Minion Level Gameplay
this is so biased its not even funny...
not even mentioning stuff like rell is good in high and not low elo due to their percs and hard to play mechanics that can do a ton, same as varus , ziggs, nami...basicly half of the rooster on d tier.
I admire your bravery.
