Patch 9.23: Mid Lane Patch 9.23

I think that lux, malzahar, kassadin and ziggs are a bit missplaced. A Good lux player will be a problem as she has a lot of range, thus she is really hard to get on top of + huge dmg and cc. Malzahar has a safe laning faze 2, he is usefull even while 0/100, and even if oposing midlaner buys qss, he threw 1300g for u just to ult someone else. Kassadin is op in pretty much any ap matchup, and after the buff some ad matchups arent as bad as they used to be. Ziggs has high dmg nubers, can execute turrets. Ult is great. And has 2 abilities to kinda peel for him self.
