Piiip's Official Urf Tier List Patch 9.21

Hey again,

After playing them a last time in URF ( :'c ), I saw that Naut wasn't this good against some champs, yeah.

(And I'm actually a Rakan main, with Mastery 7 Taric :p)

Hi thanks for posting a comment i my information team did a background check on you and the saw that you are a Taric main so i feel like you opinion is quite biased.
As for Nautilus i feel like he can be quite useful in early game but later in the game he becomes a meatball.
Karthus is pretty simple he does a **** load of damage but he doesn't have any good CC so landing those Q's is really hard.
I agree with you on Rakan after experiencing him on the rift so i increased his rank from 4<6

Taric, tier 1 ? The champ is quite broken even without mana, so if he can spam his spells, his passive is always up, he can stun, heal, shield. I think it'd be better in a tier like 6-7 ...

Nautilus is OP in Urf. You just spam your Q + E and kill the champ. Tier 8-9.

Karthus can R like, every 20 seconds ? Can Q 2 times in less than 1 second ? It's just too good to be only tier 6 ... It's more like, 9 or 10.

For Rakan, you play it full AP and can just destroy squishy targets, with your W every 3 second ... Tier 5 I'd say
