This list is based on my experience as an iron player, the elo in which you usually have to 1v1. Don't take this list too seriously, it's just based on personal experience and anger towards certain champions.

Why?
Literally no counterplay, no matter what I try or do.

When?
These champions are broken, but only in a specific part of the game, or have counterplay potential.

Who?
Not broken, not bad, meh.

How?
These are just bad, and will most likely be troll picks when chosen.
