Razsagoth's Mid Laner Tier list patch 8.5 Patch 8.5

I'm going to have to disagree, Zoe is strong but she's not "God Tier" as some would call it. Yes she can still easily 75% a squishy target but she's lost the majority of the damage she had on her Q. She's not even worth a permanent ban anymore since the recent patch. The ones I may have to move up a tier are probably Vladimir, Orianna and Veigar but for now I'll let them there since I feel they're good on this position, unless something changes my mind in the next couple of days.
