This Tier list is my opinions on what champions are good in a competitive team environment(5 man pre-made).List would Change if any champion falls out of favor and if I leave a champion off the list just don't pick it (future changes will be made)

I love your tier list, it is very good, but i have a question. I don't underestand why are these champions listed in "special case": Zed, Akali, Yasuo, Ekko, Draven, and a few more. In my opinion all of these champions are really good blind picks as they dont really have a lot of hard metchups on their lanes.
