Description

This list is mostly for my friends and I but you are welcome to share feedback and criticism if I may have got something wrong. Keep in mind this is (for the most part) opinionated.

Top guns Tier 1

Best of the best, guaranteed kills if you are decent at the gameÂ

Meh Tier 2

Viable but not recommended

Not recommended Tier 3

There are better options above

Kinda odd list if zou ask me. Why is it odd? Well , lets start from those champions you sad that we shouldnt pick, with a little scaling potential.
-1. - Ashe is a little diferent ad carry, she doesnt relie on autattack dmg, (damage in general) as most other adcs. Her, lets say thing
is crowd control - her basic attack slow, her crits slow harder (but dont add dmg), her abilities slow (ok hawk doesnt), and ult is a stun that can be huge, is an ok adc if you ask me, shes just different.
-2., and no scaling potential? -not correct
-3. doesnt scale like those above, but he is a caster adc, ofcourse that his aa wont do that much dmg
(as for - i dont know, never played her before)
Other things you listed are true but as this what harek96 said is also correct! HOpe I helped in some way! :)
