This list is nice to see for anyone getting into jungling who would like to see what the "jungle hierarchy" looks like right now. The jungle is in a weird spot, at the moment, and prefers heavy farm junglers as the camps respawn particularly fast in this meta.
Good "Heavy Farm" Junglers: Karthus, Master Yi, Evelynn, etc.

Strongest (S/S+ Tier)
These champions possess the most carry potential, as whether due to imbalanced numbers or just unmatchable utility, they fare the best in a solo queue setting.
GREAT (A TIER)
These junglers are awesome. Simply awesome. They are super strong in the meta at the moment, but can't be picked into some matchups. Be wary on what your team comp needs, as most games may be decided before they even start (due to team comps [i.e. all ad/all ap, no cc]
Decent (B/B+ tier)
These junglers are playable, but may not give you the competitive edge if you lack the mechanics or lack jungle awareness in general. I would recommend most of them, however.
Lackluster (C/B- TIER)
These junglers shouldn't be played unless mechnically you have mastered them and get over their low winrates/etc. Some of these junglers may be higher tier in the right settings, but generally in most teamcomps, they fail to showcase their effectiveness.
Poor (f/D Tier)
These junglers are just not super meta right now and may not be that strong. I need a few patches more worth of data to determine where Garen, Darius, and Zed should be placed. I feel like Darius is the strongest of these 3 and should be in the mid tier. Everyone else is pretty bad in the jungle role. I advise against playing Sylas, as he is more of a mid laner, and can be countered easily through building Morellonomicon or Executioner's.
