This tier list is based on my experience and knowledge of game.
It's more focused on solo queue perspective and not competitive.
So some champions like Alistar, Tahm Kench is gonna be at really low tier. They are a good competitive pick, but they suck on solo queue

They are really strong and have practically no weakness.

They are strong, but have few weakness.

They are solid and in some cases strong.

They are weak and need some buff.

These champions (like TK) they need team mates who knows how the kit of champion works, and that make hard to play with it and have sucess playing without duo. Even with duo, still hard to get success because these champions generally are extremely dependent of team collaboration. Or they are really weak in support role.
