A tier list for the strongest and weakest supports. Patch notes are here and under champions.

9.10:
Soraka: Buff, this will give her more movement speed which is something she lacked.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARrrrrrrrgggggggggGHHHHHHHHHHH Tier 1

This is the Riot give me mercy tier.

aaaaaaaaaaaAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Tier 2

These are very strong characters but not the easiest or top tier.

UUUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Tier 3

Good picks but not the best

Grrrrrrr Tier 4

Okay picks

OOOF Tier 5

These are rather niche picks and aren't always good

Uh... Tier 6

Very situation picks, these characters can go everywhere on this list.

These are bad in all situations

Yeah I've had a hard one on that. His QE is very strong but he doesn't (imo) have very much follow up or other useful things.

Hiiii! I just wanted to tell you I entirely agree with the soraka pick and the thresh pick think nami should be up there as well since she works quite well with lucians and yasuos just wanted to tell you that all of your tier list under aaah (the one namis in) aren't showing up

Hi thanks for responding, I'm still making this tier list, so it's not complete. I have nami quite low because at much lower ranks she isn't as good and you don't see many great nami players (me personally).

Hey thanks for explaining I was wondering about the nami thing I personally play nami quite a bit and I am decent at her i get why you said that many low elo players aren't good at her which i agree (on the rare occasion i don't play support in ranked)

It's often difficult for me to find decent Namis. I can certainly see her potential but not well represented (like with Zilean)

lol i entirely get it and i agree most namis arent that good (im only decent because i watch support youtubers all the time)
