I like your list, but I disagree with your whole B tier (except katarina), but mostly: Talon, LeBlanc, Ashe, Jhin and Ekko. About talon and lb, I would really like to hear why you put them so low? About Ashe, after her buffs she got insane. Jhin is really good, he has a lot in his kit, and Ekko is great; a lot of mobility, good wave clear, not many hard matchups, huge burst, aoe, outplay potential and hard to pin down, harder to kill.
