This is quite true, but I really think that Twisted Fate and Twitch should be in the "GOD TIER". Twitch as a jungler is exelent. Easy ganking, nice cheezes on lvl2 and a monster in late game (early-mid game dmg is also ok). And Twisted Fate is a briliant split pusher, one of the best romers, has fine cc, and can also have good dmg, plus aplying pressure to enemys just by being in a fog of war is great!

i have tested out Twitch and the problem with him is that he is too unreliable first of all you can't duel any other jungler and since scuttle crab is very important after the first two initial spawns you most likely won't be able to contest it and if you can't cheese you're screwed since you won't be able to farm as well as the other junglers, Twisted fate, on the other hand, could be god tier.
