Im really not sure about maokai top s tier as well as poppy they are not in the same league as champs as broken as garen wukong mord fiora ect just me.

They are in that tier, in my opinion, because regardless of whether they win or lose the lane phase they scale very well in the game giving their excellent contribution to the team as a frontline (in addition to the maokai immobilizations and poppy isolations utilities)

where would you put Talon in this tier list

nowhere, I didn't consider him a toplaner. this tier list includes those who are the champions in my opinion and in my experience, and I have never seen talon top

What about Fwii he is a challenger player(best Talon in NA) and he mains Talon top, in fact he says that it is better than Talon mid. check his channel on YouTube for proof

A player does not make the rule in my opinion, he will be in love with that character and then use it wherever he likes. If I saw someone use Blitzcrank as an adc it does not mean that I should consider it as such lol. But thank you for the information, I'll check it later :)

FYI Fwii is the best Talon in the world and he is in challenger

When you're the best in the world at a champ -or at least you are #1 at it, which doesn't rly mean you're the best - you can pretty much do whatever the hell you want with it. Talon isn't better top than mid for most of us, which is easily explained by the easy access you'll have to both top and bot instead of confining yourself to only roaming mid or worse, not roaming at all.

Are you sure that Illaoi is an S tier top laner, she gets countered very easily and requires lots of skill.

her impact on the game is truly noteworthy, leaving alone the first levels in which it only needs to farm, in the mid and late game it dictates the law with its utlimate
