Toplane tier list Patch 10.10

Hmm, I sometimes play Kayn jungle but I haven't tried him on top yet because I dunno how it will go. My main is Kayle and I'm not sure he Kayn's early game gonna be. is it like Kayle? playing safe and trying to get the transformation as fast as possible or can he actually do some things before his Transformation? I played against him as Fiora and it was pretty easy. I got 3 kills before his transformation but I guess he just wasn't good enough. (I killed him at lvl1 but he dealt so much damage at level 1. I really didn't expect it since I play him in jg.)
I'd be thankful if you give me some information about his early game. I wanna try it.

Imo Singed and Kled should go into A tier. Kled is realy great rn he is doing realy well on top lane and can impact other lanes easy. Singed is super good in team fights if u know how to build him right and he can be an game changer champ.

I really like the tier list, but I do have one problem.
Did you put Fiora in S class because of ripotiore? Because while it is a strong move, if you can cancel it out then she is basically useless. not to mention if she's going against someone like Aatrox, then she's in trouble because of his W(which drags her to him, so he can unleash all 3 Q's on her). I don't really think Fiora should be on S tier.
