Buddy, you got kayn twice in two different tiers and there is no way Fiora isnt among the top with Fizz already being there when managing her mobility and invincibility is 10x as intensive as his. Also even tho I think that ppl overrate Irelia's overall difficult way too much, you underrate it on the other hand way too much.

Ok, this tierlist is getting worse the longer I look. You have to be really high to see them, to see some of them twice.
