Nice tier list, but I hardly disagree with: Nunu & Willump, Shaco, Rek'Sai, and everything beneith "avrage".
-Lets start from NUNU: OK, ill give you this, he does have nice sustain in the jungle, and fine ganks 'cause of his point-and-click slow, but some other champions have much better clear then him + in the late game his useless (without his r, which can be avoided, and which is easy to misjudge the timing with).
-Shaco: Clear is fine, but like nunu there are much better clears in League, his sustain isnt that good, ganks arent that strong (yes he can zone with his boxes, but whe he places the box, enemies have nice amount of time to react), and yes he can easly solo drake lvl 6, but consider the fact that Warwick can solo it lvl 4! Shaco's late game isnt bad though.
-Rek'Sai: Dude, she has better clear than anyone in "A" tier, and her cleat also metches clears in ur "S" rank. She has a fine sustain, eazy way to escape, good way to chase, her cc is fine, she deals true dmg (lots of it) with her E, its also realy hard to escape from her 'cause of her R, which also, by the way, deals tons of dmg on a short coul down!
-"Beneith avrage": m8, no champion is weak or bad, its how you play them!
-Hope i helped in some way :)

Thanks for the feedback! There's reasons for everything that I put there.

Nunu & Willump has great sustain in jungle, which is already a good factor. He can solo drag at level 4, and his mid-game engage is great. Although his clear isn't great, he can still maintain a solid 5-6 CS per minute without much effort and his ganks are very efficient. Yes, his late-game lacks, but his ult makes him a good tanky team fighter.

Shaco has an OK clear. His jungle sustain is decent. Everything except for one thing is average. The reason I think he's S tier is because of his ganks. He can set up amazing ganks with his ult and his boxes. Also, if the gank turns out to fail, he can get out easily with his Q. The fact that he doesn't actually need flash allows him to take TP or Ignite, making him much more aggressive, especially in late game.

I agree that Rek'Sai has a very strong clear. I should have put her in B tier, but she's definitely not as strong as some of the A-tier jungles. Her mobility is awesome and her sustain is decent. However, she has one weakness. It's just the fact that she isn't strong. Her damage and survivability lacks, and her late game is terrible. Again, her gank setups are good if your laners are bursty, but otherwise Rek'Sai is vulnerable to duelists.

I agree that no champion is bad. But some can be weak, for sure. Some have lower base stats than others, weaker clears, weaker gank setups, etc. And although a good player makes a good champ, some champions are just stronger than others. Again, thanks for the feedback! I appreciate it!
