as a support i found myself using heal and exhoust ingonring the flash(unless the adc takes barrier inn that case ignite is a most) most support have a way to get away safely from almost any figth os i like to make shure the adc lives even if that means sacrificing myself ( ejem. we are both running and some CC hits us i exhoust the enemmy adc throw the heal if low on health and try to land slows or CC on the enemy even if that means being left behing)

Improvements for Exhaust/Ignite while going Heal/Flash,
was this because the opponents went Soraka, which outsustains you, which makes Exhaust less valueable compared to Heal?
