If we are talking about anti-carries, the best one would be...say...a fully fed Poppy? Ad poppy would do say ~300 with heroic charge, 1.5k with her q if it crits yeah? But then she hits for ~300 per hit, so that would require about 3 secs. Riven has 400 dmg. will heal "
