Yeah, Riot's servers were definitely having issues. Was on my alt playing a bot match to only have all of us saying in chat "unable to move" and we all died followed by d/c and reconnection spam.

"Dat Alistar. I actually haven't seen a good Alistar since his nerf. I no longer play him as support like I used to as my team never wants to capitalize off his combo anyways.
Alistar is just one of those champions I think works better in 5 man pre-mades now these days :)
