As you do red the wolves will come to you and your e will be up much more frequently. Then wolves and golems. Those smaller camps reset ever 230 min so I usually gank top or mi"

Later in game when you splitpush you can use it to draw their whole team to you and right before they burst you down you can use it to get a better angle "

You should get it latest by 11 minutes in, by then if you have managed waves good you can take tower before 14 min(extra gold) bc of extra ad. I think right now it"
