"Malphite vs Kled is something I give a level 6 threat:
His level 2 is not that strong against Malphite, but after he's bought black cleaver, then you should ask for ganks or start roaming or only respond to trades with Q/E ( Assuming the Kled is above average ) "

Not all Marksman, but certain Marksman will still ignore the build and might kill you without problems, i.e. Vayne, Kog'Maw. But assuming that you're going for the carry, then it's pretty decent."
