Garen super buff
Imo garen was never a bad champion, he just needs a champ like taric to lane with. He is getting buffs to make the speed boost on decisive strike last 4 seconds instead of 3, judgement CD is now 1...

ELO HELL IS SOOOO REAL
I was at 1170 today and after 6 games in a row where i got someone on my team who dc'ed or rage quit im at 1104 6 games in a row decided on a leaver...not to mention chogath losing top solo to ashe...
