Lee Sin moved below Gragas, but above Jayce. AD CARRY: Lucian moved to below Tristana, but about Twitch. JUNGLE: Kha'Zix and Skarner"

Here's the proof: When considering what skills to max for Kha'Zix, one should focus on the advantage that is given to jungli"
