Posted a Comment: Jan 7th, 2012 "I'd like to mention that Lifesteal quints give 6% lifesteal plus 3% from Doran's Blade meaning that you would have 9% Lifesteal versus getting a vampiric scepter and getting 12% Lifesteal with AD or HP quints only adding up to 6.75 AD or 78 HP vs Doran's Blade 100 AD AND 100 HP, so you lose 3% Lifes"
