Looking for Non surrendering friends/competition
New to game been playing for a few weeks on and off.
need friends that do not surrender and that don't flip out when something is not done by the meta.

"the smite mapping and timing scale is off also not sure if they just patched it with this last patch.
but for champs like diana smite is to slow to utlize properly for most dps or even high support chars.
im sure it effects many other things"

it drops dramatically but over all the attack speed will over take smite damage in the end
they either need to increase smites relay time whe it hits or increase the damage and delay make cool down longer.
