1) You noticed jump twice in Pros/Cons and lvl it last? So you get CD 13 secs on Leap Strike and you lvl Empower down to (cca) 4 secs CD, so your great Q+W combo is useless, because you will wait forever to ready your Leap Strike. Another point"
