"This was all in my opinion,i think it was a nerf some people think it's a buff. It all depends on how you look at it. I don't mean to say it's a nerf when it's a buff late game. It's at certain points in the game you notice the nerfs and the buffs, sorry for the confusion. It's all in opinion"
