flat AP is better. Or MRes.
2. Mana regen runes. Bad. Do the math.

It gives you .73 mana per sec, 1.3 if you add the regen from faerie charm, but it's hardly noticeable. And your first recall item includes tear of the goddess anyway so those seals are kinda wasted even before you hit lv6.
