Also a bit more on ability explanation will be nice. try not to use "Obviously" on your next guide, because the reason people read guides is to know reasoning behind certain choices like leveling up skills.

"Also think about abyssal scepter, it's one of my core on fizz due to it's AP and Mres, plus the FLAT MRES DEDUCTION is a great trade off to Void Staff if the enemy doesn't have very high mres.

1. Hextech Revolver pre-6 won't help you regen as much as a couple of Health Potions will.
2. You should never buy Hextech Gunblade and Will of the ancients together. NEVER!!"
