Never played kennen, so I dunno how this works. But his ult is pretty strong even with no AP, and one skill scales with AD, so I dun see why this couldn't work.

smite is in def tree now, so unless you're running ghost, ignite, exhaust, etc, the 1 point in offence isn't needed.
bladed armor is only 9, so you don't have to commit 10 points for that
also, you don't need awareness at all.
