Posted a Comment: "As an (in my opinion) fairly experienced Rumble player, I MUCH prefer maxing Q, as it is more useful in lane for farming, pushing and dealing D.O.T to enemies even if there is minions in the way. However, I completely agree with the items and explanation of the rest. Good work."
