"An epic build! Many people I've seen that use Teemo build him AD+Nashor's Tooth and personally, as a Singed player, that's not a problem, for me that is. As long as the player playing Teemo doesn't make mistakes they shouldn't be making, Teemo will given time, even without kills, destroy anyone.
