"Good guide, once again.
I also like to use the Executioner's Calling early on because it's quite cheap (1350) and give you crit & life steal. That way you will stay longer in lane and spam critical in opponent's head (which will be even more obvious with Infinity Edge!)."

"Finally a guide which consider to use the Morello's Evil Tome!
I also like to begun with Fiendish Codex, quite cheap and great early game (Meki Pendant -> 2 potions -> Fiendish Codex -> boots). It's more aggressive and risky than your build so I just switch, depending on the situation."
