Not a lot has changed, only for the boots and Atakan. For the boots not a lot, all upgraded boots are really strong so prioritize them when you can."

"So in my opinion symbiotic soles are not for Rakan. As Rakan you want to weave in and out of fightd and Ability Haste & Summoner Haste help with that a lot. Sure for roaming Symbiotic might be better, but if you pick the right timing, what of a difference would Symbiotic make?"
