"Lol. Pretty neat. Probably would only see it on naturally high damage champs early game. Even then, would probably pick up a Doran's Blade or something else."

Actually seems like a very friendly tryn item. But, crits are even better when you have damage. I would pick it up straight after a big damage item."

"Magic Pen. It helps you smash that Tryhardameres face in with your spells.
Armor Pen is good for AD Carries. Which Annie and Orianna are not."
