RUNES CALCULATION
(Noob) 1 Greater Mark of Armor pen is 1.28 x 9 = 11.52 but in your rune book it will appear +12 Armor Pen.. so that means if you have 11.51 ArPen it will count as 12 also? right? sorry for the non...
