In the bottom tier description it says they are outsjined in almost every way possible. Kog'Maw has one of the best ranges and probobly the best DPS in the game. Mid or high tier for him. Jinx is p"

Vel koz cant do drugs, so tier 6, yoric does drugs regularly, rammus is the drugs, aphelios has never sone drugs, volibear has never done drugs ( there is nothing strong enough for him). Quinn has never done drugs, "
