"Well it is situational but most of the time I would take Randuin's Omen over Dead Man's Plate. Randuin's Omen provides a lot more defense with 10 additional armour, 10% critical strike resistance and the cold steel passive. It also has an active slow of it's own which, while not quite as potent as D"
