"sheen will not be that viable. maybe it's better to spam now because his E is now an attack reset. players will now chain an w - aa - e - aa - q - aa in rapid successions. sheen has a 2 secs. CD. if you can kite then you have the privilege of utilizing your sheen if you are well protected. :)
