"The problem with RoA stacking is that they need time to charge up. 2 RoAs might be decent, but a third one is a bad idea. Also, you get only 1 defensive item, in most games you will need both armor and MR. HP stacking also makes you highly susceptible to bio-arcane barrage, null zone, madr"
