Not really sure Sunfire cape is worth it, i much prefer frozen heart or Randuin's omen
Also, you should improve the overall presentation, add some images, dividers, columns etc.

However, there are some issues.
Grave mistake: No frozen mallet. Shyv is melee, she needs survivability, and FrozMal gives a ton of HP, an on-hit slow, and with your AS you should be able to stick to anyone. Swap malady for it.
Not really sure about lifesteal quints.

Just 2 things: Put spoilers on the ward section, and maybe mention that if you have someone like ezreal or urgot as the enemy, ninja tabi isn't as effective since it only reduces damage from autoattacks? It still gives armor, but it's not that much..."
