Looks like I need to try Vlad, Ziggs, and EZ still. Although the numbers show that Zyra wins out over Vlad... that was mostly BEFORE they nerfed the range on her stun.

Played AP Ezreal against her today and thought it worked quite well. Because of his high mobility he can easily avoid her snare / the 2nd tick of her ult. I think she was bad but I think he at least wouldn't lose the matchup against an evenly skilled player.

The fact you see her destroying lanes is because she's strong, but also because people get hit by her snare too easily. I know because I've played her many times and I've hit a lot of snares that were in truth really predictable.

I've laned against her a couple of times and didn't really have trouble (though it has to be said I played who can farm safely against pretty much anyone).

Vlad can beat her. His transfusion eats through the plants and he has a ton of sustain. Also, his W allows him to avoid literally everything zyra throws at him.

Fizz is also amazing against her.

I don't play her at all, but I've seen them destroy some lanes :)

Was just going off of the info going on the chart for the last week. Shows that she is crucial as hell :)

I think is super effective.

No really, DoTs work on the plants (and he has tons of AoE, will spread to plants) and you can burst her down from a distance to avoid her passive.

that's why i play kass, so i can dodge those snares AND her knock up easily :).

Honestly, there are enough picks that can lane decently against her. Beating her is hard, just laning against her without feeding really shouldn't as long as you don't get by her snare (too often).
