Posted a Comment: "I think you need to re-evaluate which items give mana. There are very few now, and your legacy knowledge of items is mis-representing certain items as mana items. Specifically, Sheen and Abyssal Mask do not provide mana, and you rationalized their picks multiple times on the basis of providing mana."

In my experience, stacks remain if rockets are fired, though they do still decay as normal so you would still have to switch to gattling to re"
