Posted a Comment: "Use Tenacity when enemies have a lot of CC. I personally use Tenacity in almost every game. Darius doesnt need attack speed, he can stack quickly with his kit, but if you have a game where the enemies dont have any CC (no slowing, no stuns or anything like that) then you can take alacrity.
