"For TF ap is the best 2-3 doran ring into sheen into rabbadon into lichbane
but TF is really useful only in premade when his ganks split push and backdoor can shine with team coordination , you will rather get a pubstomper for solo games

"I think you get more global dmg from arp + ad item than from hybrid item , it would be good if E ratio was still 1 but with the nerf arp affect too much dmg now (auto attack + sheen + bladesurge + ulti) to be beated by AP"
